DEADLINES
- October 6, 2017: The First Announcement is sent to all former Summer school participants and to all other people at the ERME e-mail list (participants of former CERME conferences). In addition, the First Announcement is presented at the ERME and YERME websites.
- January 20 31, 2018 (extension): Deadline for Application for ADMISSION to participate.
Each applicant should indicate preferences about topics (by selecting one "first choice", one "second choice" and one "third choice"). Each applicant should send the application form and write a 250 words abstract (about one page) describing the aims,theoretical framework, methodology and current status of his/her scientific work. In case of too many applicants, the following criteria are taken to decide about those participants who will become accepted when paying the YESS-7 fee in time: a) PhD status and elaboration of the project (less priority to PhD students without a clear proposal, to post-PhD-students and master students); b) Distribution among countries.
- February 28, 2018 March 12, 2018 : The second announcement (with all WGs and discussiongroups and their coordinators) will be distributed. E-mail information is sent to all those who applied, clarifying if they are invited to join the summer school or that they are included, at this stage, in the waiting list, or if their application is not accepted. Participants who are provisionally accepted have March 30 as deadline for their final registration (including paying the conference fee).
- March 31, 2018 April 12, 2018 : Conference fee
- April 12, 2018 April 23, 2018 : Participants in the waiting list will receive final announcements regarding acceptance.
- April 30, 2018 May 12, 2018 : Official acceptance letters are sent out to all accepted people who have paid the registration fees.
- May 10, 2018 May 23, 2018 : Definitive reservation of rooms for participants
- May 31, 2018 June 8, 2018: Deadline for full papers (by participants); immediate dissemination to participants and experts.
- June 30, 2018: Deadline for experts’ abstracts; immediate dissemination to participants.
- August 20-25, 2018: YESS-7 takes place.
